Executive Orders

An Executive Order is an immediate act passed by the Overseer Council. It is usually used in emergency situations & for a temporary time (though can be permanent).

  • It is superior to any other legislation, including foundation policy.
  • They are numbered ordinally.
  • They can only be passed with a 3/4ths majority from the Overseer Council.
  • They can be tied to the entire foundation, a set of departments or a single department.
  • Who can enforce one is usually specified in the order.
